After hearing about universities finances I feel like I would be more willing to consider going more as I was initially worried about the debt of the course I may want to take. I heard a lot about the debt people have to pay back and that they struggle paying it off which worried me and made me not want to attend, but i am more at ease about going if I decide I want to.

 Anxieties How can I improve?

An anxiety that I have is to do with being social and talking to others. I tend to plan out conversations because I am too nervous to say anything incorrect or accidentally rude or something like that.

To improve my social skills and being less anxious about it I can try to talk to others more to build up confidence with talking to new people and not thinking too hard about what I say and to not instantly regret what I have just said.

How can I improve my well being?

To improve my well-being I would like to walk or do any form of exercise to improve my lifestyle and make me feel better as many people say doing exercise helps your mental health as well as physical.

To improve my mental health I could try to open up more to people and take more opportunities that I am given or try to find some, however due to new covid restrictions it may become difficult.

competency interview write 5 Questions and 5 Answers on a chosen example career

I have looked at 3 formal letters to help me write one, I have found one that would help me with the format and other examples which follow that layout.

This formal letter is just an example but it conveys what a formal letter should look like and gives an example of what one can be about for example an issue for local residents.
This formal letter is to help with the layout I will be referencing this to help me write my formal letter. It also gives advice on what should be written if the recipients name is known or unknown.
I have another example of what a formal letter looks like and the language that should be used in one, generally the formal letters that I have looked at typically have 4 paragraphs  and have about 2 or the sentences within each paragraph.

for a job or to notify others about something or a complaint letter

CV on canvas research

With my cv I had a look at canva.com since it was suggested by a lecturer at the college I have had look on some of the templates for reference for the one that I will be writing.

they follow the same standard which includes the grades, experience, previous work you have done (job wise), must be formal since it is an important document.

on canva.com there wasn't a section for cv's however there was a section for resumes so I used them as references since they have all of the requirements for a standard cv.

I think all of these layouts are formal enough for a cv however I think I will be using the first option as it has the look I am going for in my cv.
